Visual: Straw-coloured with subtle golden glow. Bright aspect, remarkably fat and rich appearance.

Nose: Powerful and seductive - subtle peaty nose accompanied by accents of fresh white fruits and spices. Aromas multiply with aeration, a cocktail of cereals, ripe fruits and hints of smoked meat. Fresh exotic fruits notes are gradually blended with the warmth and the complexity of peated Whisky. Extraordinarily intense, rich and charming.

Taste: Suave structure, tender and delicately fragrant. A superb marriage of peppery, peaty and fruity notes. Aromas blend in harmony, a true example of balance. Frank, complex and seductive aftertaste. Very long and clear persistence on sophisticated peaty notes with sensitive iodized accents.

Conclusion Taste Review: A perfect coherent.

Cortoisie Exhalation is a Single Malt Whisky inspired by a unique terroir: the Loire valley. Cradle of the Renaissance - it welcomes in its heart one of the granaries of France, where exceptional cereals are produced.

This territory, lined with hundred-year-old oak forests from which the best quality barrels are produced, fades through evanescent landscapes, renewed swamps and peat bogs. Everything here evokes the world of great malts and this idea comes reinforced by France's secular experience in the breeding of the greatest spirits.
