1. How Do I Track My Delivery Status?

2. Where Can I Self-Collect The Wines?

44 North Canal Road Singapore 059300, from Mon to Fri.: 10 am to 7 pm. We are closed on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays.

3. How Much Does The Delivery Cost?
  • Free Delivery for orders $200 and above (nett), and to ONE ADDRESS only.
  • In the event of a special promotion advertised by AWN that implies a different amount to fulfil for Free Delivery, otherwise:
    • $18nett per address for orders below $200nett or
    • $18nett per additional address - regardless of the stipulated minimum amount
4. What Is AWN Standard Delivery Schedule? (AWN only delivers within Singapore)
  • Upon receiving and acknowledgement of your order, it will take 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Our delivery staff will contact you on the day of delivery to arrange and confirm the timings on the same day.
  • Maximum waiting time at the designated address is 10 minutes.
5. Who Can Receive The Orders?
  • The recipient must be 18 years of age and above, to purchase alcoholic beverages from AWN site and receive the items.
  • Please inform us before the delivery, if a representative family member or maid is attending to the delivery.
  • Our delivery staff reserves the right to request to view a valid photo ID for verification.
6. What Should I Do Upon Receiving The Wines?
  • Kindly check the order. Upon your signature of acknowledgement, the wines are deemed to be correctly delivered.
  • In the event of a dispute or miscommunication on the spot, our delivery staff will contact our office to give you a reply. Please allow us some time to investigate the issue.
  • Kindly do not hold back our delivery staff as he has to continue delivery to other anticipating customers like you, for the rest of the day. Your graciousness is very much appreciated.
7. What Happens If I Missed Or Have Forgotten About The Delivery?
  • Please contact us at admin@awn.com.sg or 6533 2646 to re-arrange for another day and timings.
  • Additional $18nett per trip applies to:
    • Re-schedule of delivery to another day or
    • Re-routing to another destination when no one is present to receive the items on the day.
  • Payment for re-delivery has to be received before re-delivering.
8. My Wines Have Not Arrive, What Should I Do?

Should you not receive the wines as per arranged, please contact Admin at +65 6533 2646 or 9XXX XXXX.

9. Does AWN Deliver To P.O. Boxes or Restricted Zones?

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Restricted Zones such as army camps, ports, and airports.

10. There Is Something Wrong With My Order

Returns and exchange only apply to online purchases made on our website. In all circumstances, kindly retain your invoice for the return and exchange purposes.

A) We offer 1 to 1 replacement of the same wine, if:
  • You received broken bottle of wine(s) after you have checked the order upon delivery.
  • Spoiled or oxidised wine would be considered within 7 days of purchase and it is subject to:
    • Unconsumed bottle of wine(s) is at 75% volume
    • After evaluation by our wine expert

Kindly re-corked the bottle of faulty wine, and ensure it is stored refrigerated so that our win expect can carry out the evaluation accurately.

B) What if the wrong wine is received after our delivery staff has left?

Please contact us, and we will arrange the re-delivery of the correct wine. Kindly ensure the bottle is unopened and store in a cool environment away from sunlight and heat.

AWN reserves the right to reject any returns, or exchanges deemed unfit or unreasonable.

We seek your kind understanding when delivery is affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances. This is to ensure road safety adhere to, from our delivery staff and all road users.
