Green was probably the only right color choice for the Generous Organic Gin, and not only because it is "green" (organic, organic). In this case, the defining botanicals are coriander and combava (a type of green lime). For gin enthusiasts, the combava is probably better known as kaffir lime, because it can also be found in some other gin recipes. Apart from coriander and lime, the Generous Gin carries the aromas of lemons, tangerines, red pepper and, of course, juniper.

Some of the ingredients undergo a mere maceration and others a joint distillation with the base alcohol. On the very handsome bottle, which is reminiscent of a beautifully decorated vase, the organic seal of approval is printed.
